Returns/Exchanges

Back Orders
Backorders will typically ship within 3-14 days of order. If an item is out of stock but a backorder is allowed, it means we will print and ship the shirt within 2 weeks. If a backorder cannot be printed and shipped within the 14 day window, we will notify you and issue an immediate full refund.
Shipping
In stock orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours. As noted, when an item is on backorder, you may face a small delay, no longer than 14.
Payments
Payments are processed through a secure gateway payments provider. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discovery, and Paypal. We use your information for the sole purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.
Sizes
In many cases, we can fill orders up to 5XL or 6XL. Our ability to fill orders depends on our ability to obtain the item/sizes from our suppliers.
If our website does not display the size you need, message us at info@gmtees.com. If the item is available in a larger size, we will you and process a special order for you.
Exceptions/Special Cases: In cases where our suppliers are out of inventory for a specific size or colors, or has chosen to discontinue a product, we often explore alternate options for fulfilling your order (e.g. our website shows an item in int color. The supplier offers a newer version of mint. We will seek to fulfill the order with the alternate option. If the item has been completely discontinued and we are unable to restock the item, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
If our supplier offers the same style/tee but has discontinued the color, we will inform you of the issue. We will give you the option of fulfilling your order with another color or offer a full refund.
Shopper Experience & Satisfaction
We want you to be satisfied with your order and purchase. We will make every effort to service your requests appropriately.
We rely on a number of vendors (t-shirt manufacturers and print shops) to fulfill your order. As mentioned above, if a supplier that we used no longer offers and item or color, we will explore options to fulfill your order or refund backorder items.
